We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body while letting go of any anger that have build up over the week. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum satisfaction.
This interval-based circuit training class focuses on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN circuit will incorporate a mix of techniques to build a strong body, and suites everyone from beginner too advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!
Now this is Boxing! MITTS is a drill-based technique class, kept to a small group, focusing on teaching you proper boxing techniques, shadowboxing and pad work. Let one of our pros teach you proper form of Boxing.

An interval-based cardio class focused on building endurance and explosiveness to endure a 12-round fight. ROAD stations include treadmills, air bike, sprints, skipping rope and a lot more. Your beach body will thank you.
